AltiConsole is an easy to use, feature rich software application designed specifically to enable an operator attendant to handle a high volume of calls easily and effectively while maintaining personalized service. The AltiServ¿ phone system’s software-based operator console interface has been optimized to support the common tasks of an operator attendant.

The AltiConsole allows an operator attendant to manage up to 50 simultaneous calls. AltiConsole helps support the personalized service an operator attendant provides to callers. It allows an attendant to view the status of any local extension and perform fast look-ups with single click sorting of the corporate directory by first name, last name and extensions number. AltiConsole, allows a receptionist to monitor the real time extension status, place outside calls, conference calls to internal and external numbers. It also allows the operator to put callers on hold and park calls, transfer calls to extensions or directly to voicemail or even off site numbers with the touch of a button or the click of a mouse. The operator is able to view any incoming calls waiting in an operator queue. AltiGen’s operator console workgroups allows companies to have multiple operators supporting one company. For operators who support multiple locations or branch offices, the advanced architecture of the AltiServ solution and the flexibility of the AltiConsole, allow the operator to transfer calls transparently, directly to extensions on remote AltiGen systems over IP links.
